Alva’s Education Foundation, founded by Dr. M. Mohan Alva, is a prominent educational institution in Moodbidri, Karnataka. The foundation has transformed this small town into a thriving educational hub, offering a wide range of courses from PUC to postgraduate levels, including specialized programs in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, and more. Dr. Mohan Alva, an Ayurveda physician by profession, is a visionary leader who has made significant contributions to education, culture, and social welfare through his foundation.
Under his leadership, the foundation organizes major cultural festivals like Alva’s Nudisiri and Alva’s Virasat. Alva’s Nudisiri is a Kannada literary conference that has become a significant event, attracting thousands of participants yearly. Alva’s Virasat is a week-long cultural festival that showcases India’s rich heritage through music and dance performances by renowned artists.
